We have been in the business of comforting feet since 1891. Fred Toenges Shoes in Fort Wayne, IN; and Toenges Shoes in Muncie, IN; provide total foot care for both normal feet and those suffering from common foot ailments or injuries. We carry a large selection of of the best comfort shoe brands including New Balance, Birkenstock, Rockport, Ecco, Munro, Clarks, Merrell, Drew, P.W. Minor, Soft Spots, Keen, Teva, Dansko, Naot, Asics, and Brooks. These comfortable shoes are available in virtually every size and width imaginable to fit anyone.

Our staff includes certified pedorthists, who are available to to solve foot problems, and fill prescriptions from doctors who regularly send us their patients. We are able to deliver custom made foot orthotics, and T.M.A.s, as well as custom shoes. Our Fort Wayne location also offers an on site shoe repair facility for shoe repair or modifications.

Our Fort Wayne location is also Northeastern Indiana's largest childrens shoe store. We carry more sizes, widths, styles, and brands than any childrens store in Indiana. Some of the brands we stock are Stride Rite, New Balance, Nike, Jumping Jacks, Asic, Skechers, Merrell, Teva, Robeez, Saucony, and Keen.
