It's time again to welcome another member to the Fred Toenges family and this time it's the "funky looking but boy does it make you feel better all around" MBT shoes.
The MBT company describes their shoe as the anti-shoe and this is very true because it isn't like any shoe you've had on your foot before.
Its sole is curved, not flat. It is unstable, not stable. It activates your muscles instead of undermining them. It has a positive effect on the entire body, not just the feet.
